Yoga and Mindfulness for Grief with Nathalie

I had the pleasure of meeting Nathalie Stemper and was totally impressed with her practice and her gift for helping people with yoga and practicing mindfulness.

Nathalie is a RYT500 Yoga and Movement Therapist and yoga therapy instructor and an

E-RYT200 in Ashtanga yoga and vinyasa flow trained in India, a YACEP (Yoga Alliance certified education provider), certified in pre- and post-natal yoga, ACE (American Council of Exercise) certified personal trainer and functional training specialist, black belt in Tae Kwon Do, ran the New York Marathon and is passionate about wakeboard.

The key to a harmonious life is movement: allowing the energy to flow effortlessly.

She uses the power of breath, mindfulness, visualization, intuitive yoga sequencing and body motions to nurture her clients and help them re-connect with their bodies, mind and soul.

Today, she specializes in Grief recovery programs, and supports men and women in easing their journey through loss and traumatic life altering events thanks to Yoga and Mindfulness practices, so they can move forward with a regained joy, inner peace and happiness. (

She is the owner of Pur’Nam – The Studio, based in Bain Boeuf, Mauritius, and the creator of Pur’Nam Clothing, the only active wear 100% Made in Mauritius.
