E-RYT200 in Ashtanga yoga and vinyasa flow trained in India, a YACEP (Yoga Alliance certified education provider), certified in pre- and post-natal yoga, ACE (American Council of Exercise) certified personal trainer and functional training specialist, black belt in Tae Kwon Do, ran the New York Marathon and is passionate about wakeboard.
